The automatic sampling unit ASC-10 is a system for gas sampling and their dilution, the supply of any zeroing gas or calibration checks using calibration gases and the creation of mixtures. The ASC-10 enables processing/treatment of hot and humid gases. It is equipped with a special sampling pump, particulate filter, heated hoses for hot sample flow, heated valves, temperature and pressure control, etc. Hardware and software integration with the Max-iR analyzer is very fast and user-friendly. The ASC-10 can also be integrated using analog connections with other types of analyzers in the overall setup: analysis of oxygen, total sulfur, VOC (using e.g. FID), etc. Everything is controlled by the MAX-Acquisition and MAX-Analytics software package for spectrum measurement, data archiving, creation of calibration models, non-stop on-line data measurement, Modbus™ TCP/IP, etc.

The device is in regulatory compliance with several regulatory methods, including US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) M320, ASTM D-6348, etc.
