IR-neaSCOPE is the basic model for infrared imaging and nano-spectroscopy. It provides maximum performance without damaging the sample. Using mechanical AFM-IR, it detects laser-induced thermal expansion in the sample. This is a cost-effective solution for samples with a high coefficient of thermal expansion such as polymers, biomaterials, etc. It is possible to perform IR imaging, point spectroscopy and hyperspectral imaging. In addition, it can be easily expanded with a module for s-SNOM and nanoFTIR.
