MOSAIC DUV Fluorescence Mapper is a small, lightweight and undemanding system designed to detect and classify extremely low concentrations of organic contaminants on surfaces such as optical components, semiconductors, and other surfaces prone to contamination.
The main function of MOSAIC is the ability to map and display chemical contaminants of surfaces as part of quality control processes. Its second function is the detection of contaminants in liquids in real time.
The third function is the ability to detect and map biological material on surfaces or in water, which is impossible or very difficult to do with other methods.
The MOSAIC system is equipped with:
- DUV laser and controller
- Six-band DUV detector with excellent dynamic range
- Automated table for XYZ mapping
- Contextual imaging camera
